Your challenges:

• Adapt and execute marketing strategy for the brand in the Czech and Slovak market
• Develop brand digital environment as well as local marketing campaigns to support business performance
• Ensure effective communication and commercial alignment with operations team
• Design and implement effective Local Store Marketing activities and toolkits
• Secure materials & guidelines for store teams in line with processes
• Execute Promotional Campaigns
• Effectively engage and motivate store teams to execute in line with plan
• Lead forecasting process for new products and innovations in close cooperation with supply teams
• Ensure marketing support and communication for new store openings and renovated stores
• Proactively run performance analysis for all product categories and propose plans for performance optimization
• Monitor competitive landscape. Propose price corrections in response to changing environment.
• Allocate and control marketing budget


• Minimum 3 years of experience in the profession
• Commercial awareness/business acumen
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to set priorities and concentrate on goals
• Excellent knowledge of English both written and spoken
• Positive energy and enthusiasm
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
