Job Purpose:

To ensure growth and healthy performance of Loyalty Program of Starbucks in Czech Republic.

Your challenges:

• You’ll be a part of an international digital team
• You’ll execute an integrated marketing plan to support key initiatives outlined in the roadmap for loyalty program and propose additional activities to support loyalty program performance
• You’ll be responsible for cooperation with B2B partners in terms of Starbucks Card
• We’ll look to you to manage project plans, timelines, promotion calendar and analyze the effectiveness of the loyalty program
• You’ll cooperate with our creative agency and lead the production of promotional assets (in accordance with brand guidelines)
• You’ll will ensure that offers and events are efficiently communicated to the program’s members in-store and through digital communication
• You’ll effectively cooperate with other departments and internal Partners to secure in-store excellent program execution
• You’ll be involved in new digital projects implementation


• University degree – preferably Marketing, Business management, Finance
• 2+ years of experience, including data analyze, marketing communication and project management
• High MS Office skills
• Fluency in English, written and spoken is a must
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Positive, results-driven self-starter with ‘can do’ attitude
• Team player attitude with ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of digital solutions
• Experience in working on an international brand and project management certificates will be an advantage
